About this item
- Heavy-Duty Structural SupportThis product is a heavy-duty screw jack house jack, designed as a structural support solution rather than a conventional floor jacks tool, capable of supporting loads up to 16070 lbs for demanding construction and renovation tasks.
- Versatile Application UseUsed for beam and floor support, mobile home leveling, and temporary structural support during renovation, this adjustable jack stand–style design functions as a tall support system for elevated structures.
- Reinforced Steel ConstructionThis is a reinforced steel structural jack made from Q235 carbon steel, capable of handling heavy vertical loads through a solid screw mechanism and reinforced steel column for controlled height adjustment, adjusting from 47 to 93 in/120 to 235 cm.
- Simple Manual OperationUsed for controlled temporary structural support, this screw jack allows height adjustment by rotating the adjustment bar and is capable of being positioned without additional powered tools, with locking pins provided to help secure the set height during use.
- Stable Wide Base DesignThe wide base plate cause improved load distribution and ground stability, allowing this jack post–style support to perform reliably as an adjustable support pole in both indoor and outdoor environments.
